Fixed-price reviews and analyses: Fees become non-refundable once we begin reviewing submitted materials or performing the service. Before work begins, cancellation requests may be considered, less any non-refundable payment-processing charges.
Prepaid service blocks: Unused time is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable without our written approval. If Risqué Tabulations is unable to provide the purchased service, any unused balance will be refunded.
Dissatisfaction: If you believe the service was not provided as described, contact us within 14 days so we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it.
